In today's fast paced market the last thing you need is to concern yourself with worries. Currently, we own and operate over 125 sites, which gives us the know-how to serve you best.

Q: How much does it cost the store owner to have Schmitt Sales install the necessary equipment?

Absolutely nothing. Schmitt Sales incurs all expenses of the installation. This includes dispensing equipment, tanks, signage, lighting and fuel inventory. All of this allows you to have a zero start-up cost venture.

Q: Who is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment if needed?

Schmitt Sales, at its own expense, will furnish any labor and materials necessary for the maintenance of the equipment. We have an on-call service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week that is fast and reliable.

Q: Are there any liability issues that a store owner should be concerned with?

No. Schmitt Sales secures Pollution Liability Insurance covering both Schmitt Sales and the store owner. Our dispensing equipment is all state of the art which includes a total containment storage system that is environmentally sound.

Q: Is there a lot of paper work involved for the store owner?

Not at all. The store owner is responsible for a daily bank deposit and for completing a sales report which takes less than five minutes. There is virtually little time needed on your end to keep track of business.

By installing gasoline pumps at your location you increase the amount of traffic at your store which has been proven to increase your in-store sales. Q: Will additional staff be needed to operate this type of business?

At Schmitt Sales we have designed our system to accommodate your existing staff which is usually sufficient to absorb the minimal duties necessary for operations. However, with the increase of traffic and sales that you will notice, you may find extra staff helpful.
